About me
Hi, I'm Thijs, better known as DJ Hartmann. I'm from Utrecht and I'm currently studying in Delft. I started DJ'ing in my first year of high school, where we had our very own DJ association. I'd often practice after school and dig for new music. In 2021, I decided to start as a professional: I made an Instagram page, designed a logo, put it on stickers & shirts, and started playing at more and more parties. The feedback has been amazing and the interaction with the audience is honestly so much fun.
Experience
I've played at hundreds of parties over the past few years. Most notably the kickboxing ball of my student association, with nearly 3000 guests. I was the Resident DJ of Café / Bar 'De Ruif' in Delft, and I also worked for DJteHUUR.nl, where I did many weddings. By now, I get to play twice a week and it's more fun than ever!
What do I play
I'm an allround DJ, meaning that I'm well versed in all the popular genres, and I take requests too. A night full of golden oldies such as Kool & The Gang, ZZ Top, and the Bee Gees? Love it! A bit more modern, with MIKA, Bruno Mars, and Armin van Buuren? No problem! I always discuss (musical) wishes with the client.
